My Mic is picking up noise from the electricity running through my case

basically, my mic has a light buzz and every time I touch a screw or a part of my case that sound goes away, my mic itself is 5 meters away from the actually pc case so it's not picking up a fan noise or anything. I would enable noise suppression in windows mic settings but for some reason on this new headset I cant enable advanced audio effects such as environment equalization or noise suppression
 
Solution
Your case is probably vibrating from fans spinning. It's that vibration you need to address.

Consider fitting acoustic pads to inside walls of case, and ensure all external case screws are tight.
