My mic isnt recording anything, it just keeps buzzing but nothing else.

My mic isnt working since yesterday, it doesnt record my voice anymore. When i plug my mic in the port i can here a very loud buzz sound coming from my speakers, but when i try to talk in discord no one can hear me. It is really stupid because i didnt broke it, i just moved it a little and it started buzzing, hopefully someone can help me out.

Does not mean that you broke it per se. Some products just fail....

Try gently twisting and wiggling the mic's current connections: cable, plug, port. Listen for changes in the sound.

Try the mic on another computer or another mic on the computer using the same audio in port.

See if the buzz sound follows the mic or stays with the computer.
