my mic volume is automatically adjusting

all of my mics are automatically adjusting even when I'm not even on skype.
I already changed all my settings to NOT auto adjusting even when on the audio settings on windows and not allowing exclusive programs to adjust the microphone.
This is happening to my Blue snowball and to my Razer Kraken 7.1. It auto adjusts when I'm not on any voice related programs.
