[SOLVED] My monitor doesn't have HDMI, should I get a DVI-D cable or a DVI-D/HDMI cable?

I have a HP 22kd monitor (1080p, 60hz) and this week I bought a new PC, but only now noticed that my monitor doesn't have HDMI. It has VGA (what I was using with old PC) and DVI-D (same as my new RX 580).

Problem is, right now I only have a VGA cable (that came with my monitor). So tomorrow I'll have to go buy either:
  • a DVI-D cable.
  • a DVI-D/HDMI cable (the ones that have different ends).
Does it make a difference which one I go with? Can I just get a DVI cable or plugging HDMI to my graphics card (and DVI-D to my monitor) actually makes any difference?

get dvi-d cable
Ok, thanks. Just to confirm, these are both DVI-D right? The one on top is from my graphics card and the one below is my monitor. I'm kind of freaking out a bit because they look slightly different.
