Question My monitor goes black and white

My monitor Goes black and white when i start my pc. Last time i played a game star wars last jedi which was causing my pc to restart itself . i think its related to that ....

I have Msi rx 470 4gb graphic card
Cpu i3 6100
Asus h110md3
8gb of ram
19inch monitor

Before I go suggesting GPU diagnostics etc, have you tried something else output onto the monitor?

Well i have 2 monitors out of that, for 1st monitor i use vga to hdmi converter the video is of that monitor

I'm confused by what you're trying to say- you use two monitors for your PC?

Yes i use two monitors. The problem occurred on one of my monitor which has vga type cable.
