My monitor goes to sleep after the computer has been on for 20-30 seconds, but all of the components are still running.

I recently watercooled my computer with hardline tubing, and when I boot the computer now, it shows the bios screen and then starts to open windows, but then my monitor goes to sleep. It happens every time I start up the computer. Here's what I've tried so far:

using a different display port from my gpu,
using an hdmi instead from my gpu,
using a different monitor,
re-seating the cpu,
re-seating the gpu,
re-seating the ram, and
re-seating the CMOS battery.

My current system includes:
Ryzen 7 1700
Asus Prime x370 Pro
evga ftw3 2080ti
970 pro m.2
850 evo ssd
2x8gb Corsair Vengeance RGB 3200MHz RAM
corsair rm750x psu

After the monitor goes to sleep, the pump and the rgb from all of my components still run. I have no idea what else it could be, so all suggestions are appreciated!

I have the same problem! Have you tried changing motherboard?
