My monitor HDMI won't display but it does in safe mode

So, I have a GTX 750 TI Graphics Card with 2 DVI and HDMI slot. I currently have two monitor, one works with DVI only, and the other has HDMI slot which currently a problem because it doesn't work. When I go into safe mode The monitor works fine but in normal mode, it doesn't.
When I disable my Graphics then restart normal mode it works fine, but after enable it again it just goes to a BLACK SCREEN, that's all i see when it doesn't work

Maybe if i disable auto install driver mayb that will help

okay do custom install, then check ONLY DRIVER, AND PHYX, nothing else, also below that box click "CLEAN INSTALL"
