Question My monitor is jumping up and down.

Last Friday, I turned on my computer then I noticed that my screen is going up and down by a little then it got a little bigger. It happens out of nowhere and I didn't know how to fix it. I also tried connecting my laptop to my computer monitor to know which one has the problem but it turns out that the monitor has the problem. and also everytime I play video game my monitor is fixed for some reasons without me doing anything and every time I'm not playing video games its back to jumping up and down or when I shut down my computer and whenever I play video games its getting fixed on its own. Can you guys tell me what's the problem, and do you think my monitor can still be repair? 🙁 Thank youuu and I'm sorry for my bad english.

What monitor exactly are you using that is having this problem?

Make sure the refresh rate you're using is supported by the monitor.

If the refresh rate isn't the problem then I doubt that it can be fixed without specialized tools.

My computer monitor, and Im using AOC 2070W, and Im using 1600x900 (native resolution) and its on 60hz.

Then it seems like your monitor is having issues with the mainboard and it's not likely to be repairable. Yours is not a known issue with those models, and not really a common issue at all.

If it's in warranty, send it in for repair to the manufacturers. If not, replace it.
