I have a AOC G2460PQU and I use it for PS4 and it doesn't feel like 1ms AT ALL, anyone got any tips? Please let me know!

1ms is Response Time and that is truly 1 millisecond on your 144 Hz, TN panel monitor. What makes the image delayed would be Input Lag and for that specific monitor, it's 28ms (source In drop down menus, select: Brand -> AOC, Refresh Rate -> 144 Hz). Also, not only the monitor but the hardware included with it (PS4 and it's controller) increase input lag.

What is input lag + some fixes: https://www.toptengamer.com/monitor-latency-input-lag/

To minimize input lag on PS4, go to Picture Settings and set the following video settings like so: RGB to "Auto", HDC to "Off", and Dynamic Range to "Off". If all that fails, reduce the in-game resolution. E.g 1280x720 won't be as pretty as 1920x1080 but it helps to reduce input lag.

I'm a complete noob when it comes to tech and stuff like that, I've tried the PS4 setting they seem to help a little bit but its def still delayed.
