Question My monitor isn’t receiving signal from my gpu.

I turned on my dell optiplex 3020 mt and plugged in my gpu and connected the HDMI cable. It kept saying no signal. I unplugged all of the components in the mtb and plugged them back in. It still didn’t work. I’ll take anything that’ll help. Thanks in advance! It’s an rx 560 gpu and a lg 24MP59HT-P monitor.
