[SOLVED] my monitor says it has free sync but in the osd there is no freesync option

hello!I have a very simple question my monitor says it has freesync this is the model of my monitor Philips - 242E1GAJ everywehre it says it has freesync but in the osd there is no freesync option please help me

when i right click there is no amd thingy

you would have to install it for it to be on your system.
if you have installed it and the desktop\context menus aren't available, you should still have it in the Start Menu.

i installed it twice and i twouldnt open at all and cant find it nowhere in my pc

Did you restart your computer after installing the AMD graphics drivers?

In which case you would be looking to enable G-Sync in NVidia control panel

That doesn't turn FreeSync on or off, it just controls whether the monitor identifies itself as a FreeSync-capable monitor. Some monitors don't have a control like that, in which case they always identify themselves as FreeSync monitors, and you don't need to do anything besides turn on G-Sync in the NVIDIA control panel.
