Question My monitor shuts off even though the pc is turned on completely.

Things Ive already checked

1. Bought a new dvi cable
2. Removed Ram stick and cleaned it.
3. The PC turns on completely and I can turn it off using the keyboard commands(Via run command)

I have a Zotac Gtx 1060 6gb graphics card and the monitor is connected via DVI-DVI cable
It happens after I use to PC for about 1 hour.
is the graphics card dying?
ps: Some times the monitor goes blank like full green/grey/white colour
or is my monitor dying?

Hey brother I dont remember psu but its 500 watt. I checked compatibility through a online website and a local retailer built it for me. It has been working for 3 years now, I did a stress test on gpu nothin happened.
Randomly screen goes green/blue/grey.. I have a old 60hz Dell monitor. Can that be faulty? or gpu dying?
