Hey guys, I bought a new case along with some new led fans and a new power supply for future upgrades. Me and buddy set everything up and we're both fairly new at pc building.

I got everything plugged in except the fan speed switches and other extra ones that wouldn't be necessary for now. I power it on, all lights come on, every thing spins. Its just the monitor won't display anything.

Any solutions?

Double check all of your cables are connected properly and securely. Make sure the monitor is actually turned on and then try the vga, dvi, and hdmi ports to see if one works. Make sure you have any needed plugs going to your video card if needed and make sure that your PSU is capable of handling any required card voltages.

When totally disassembling your PC, the uninstallation of your GPU may have triggered the Motherboard to first be looking for a direct connection to the Monitor. Plug your computer directly into the monitor via the output on the board, and see if it is displaying through this port.
