My monitor wouldn't turn up so I open up my pic and a lot of the stuff is unplugged so I need to know what to plug in ,I have a long blue cable and don't know what to do with it

Long blue cable... May be the front USB 3.0 connector. Or wait. It may be the VGA cable... Bro, a picture or atleast better description would be really good!
