Hi. I have two monitors. I have problems with each one them in its own way.
1. LG 31MU97 (Connected to GPU with Display port at 60Htz)
2. LG IPs FullHD (Connected to GPU with HDMI cable at 60Htz)
Both of them are connected to a UPS. (My system info is at the end.)

My first problem: The first monitor (31MU97) keeps flickering randomly. I mean I'm working. Suddenly something appears on my display for a really short time in a small region of the monitor. It's white and pixelated. Like the colors are changed or a noise in the monitor. It cannot be seen on the captured movies of the screen. (If it helps!) It was there almost from the beginning. Sometimes it's worse. I tried these things:
1. Disconnecting the monitor and connecting it to somewhere else.
2. Changing the picture mode
3. Reinstalling Windows
4. Connecting the monitor to another display port of my GPU
5. Changing the settings to 50Htz on both monitors
6. Turning off every visual effect of my windows. (Setting it to best performance.)
My friend has the same monitor and the same UPS and his OK with them.
What should I do? (Read the second problem. It might help!)

My second problem: Every time I turn the lights on or off (Just one of them) my second monitor (The FullHD one) will restart. It turns off and turns back on again! Sometimes it stops happening after several times of doing it. I have tried these:
1. Disconnecting the monitor and connecting it to somewhere else.
2. Changing the picture mode
3. Reinstalling Windows
Note: It's OK When I connect it to another input (My Laptop). (Read the first problem. It might help!)

My System Info:
Nvidia GTX 1080Ti
Intel 8700K Coffeelake
MSI Carbon Gaming Pro AC
2000VA UPS
Cooler Master 140 Liquid cooler
500GB Evo SSD Samsung
4TB Seagate Barracuda
32GB Corsair Vengeance Ram
1200W Platinum Green Power supply

I really need it fixed. So please share your Ideas!
If I missed anything, just let me know.

Thank you all!

In your search bar type in dxdiag and hit enter. When it pops up click save all information. This will download a txt file on your pc. Find and open the dxdiag.txt file and look for Monitor Capabilities by using ctrl-f. Mine looks like this.....

Monitor Capabilities: HDR Supported (BT2020RGB BT2020YCC Eotf2084Supported )

To see if it's enabled on your pc, right click on the desktop and go to display settings and see if HDR and WCG are turned on.

Thanks for the answer. It doesn't support HDR. but in "display settings> Advanced settings" it says 59Hz. I set it to 60Hz but it still shows me 59Hz. My other monitor is 60Hz. Are these connected?

dxdiag should show display 1 and display 2 so you should be able to see the refresh rate of each. Where are you seeing 59hz after you change it to 60?

In the "advanced display settings". I Thought it was because of this, but it wasn't. 59Hz is very normal for my monitor. But the flickering is still happening. Maybe, even more, what should I do?
