My Motheboard has 4x4 pin connectors and i have 7 cas fans can i connect some to the psu?

I heard you can connect additional case fans to the psu directly is it true? Sorry if i got it completely wrong, i'm not sure about fans that much.

Yes - say through a fan controller. Or you can use Y splitters and put 2 fans on each case fan header.

Okay, So i won't have to go out and buy anything besides the fans and the psu?

I already said - you'll either need a fan controller or splitters. Else you won't be able to control fan pseed.
