my motherboard can handle this graphic card ?

hello

my brother want to buy new pc . so i want to takes his old computer
the system is this

8 giga ram
motherdoard = asus M4A89GTD PRO/USB3 ( DDR3 . PCIe 2.0 support )
cpu = amd phenom x6 1090t
old graphic card is = ati radeon hd 5700 . i want to replace it with
new graphic card = ASUS STRIX-R7370-DC2OC-4GD5-GAMING Graphics Card (GDDR5 . PCI Express 3.0
power = lp-700al2nh thermaltake
is these system match together ?
and this power supply sufficent enough for that ?

you can, but I would not recommend going something current generation with that CPU. unless you have a decent CPU cooler and got a high OC out of it.
also PCIe 2.0 vs PCIe 3.0 is not that much difference right now but might be later on when you decide to upgrade your GPU so you can read about that later on.
