Question my motherboard doesn't detect speaker or headphone

i have h61m-e motherboard this problem came 3years ago and as of now i have no answer for this problem i research about this problem alot and one of fix method on internet does not work on my pc i try all of things but usles, don't work when i plug the speaker on back panel doesn't detect it and front panel i try plugged the headphone it's a same doesn't detect i update all of my softwore on asus site the correct drivers but wont work
any one there can help me?

You may have multiple sound devices, including HDMI out from video card. You can manage multiple sound devices in the Windows Control Panel.
