[SOLVED] My motherboard dont detect the other 4gig ram

Hello, i wanted to try dual channel i was only single channel and my motherboard dont detect the other 4gig my motherboard is rog strix b250f the first ram is in a1 slot and the otherone is in b1 slot they both clicked but the one from b1 isnt detected can it be my bios version the problem i have the 1002 verison with an intel celeron g3930 with msi 1070 aero itx version.
Any help would be appreciated.

did u buy same ram as u have on motherboard?

Agreed to make it's the same stick (although if you buy the same stick it might not be the same as the one you have). Did you remove your old stick and put in JUST the new one to see if the system works with it?

Also, move your sticks to A2 and B2. It's the recommended slots for dual channel memory.
