[SOLVED] My mouse feels faster when i move to one side.

My mouse feels like faster when im pulling the mouse to my right than to my left. is this actually possible. can some setting be corrupted or is it just me

Make and model mouse?

Clean the sensor - could be a bit of debris stuck there that blocks going left but not when going right.

Turn the mouse pad 180 degrees. Could be a matter of "grain" - especially if an older mouse pad.

Any difference?

Try another mouse pad to determine if the sensation is the same.

Have someone else try the mouse but do not tell them what you are experiencing/sensing.
