My mouse is still Inverted after everything

I've taken my mouse out of its usual USB port in my computer and it has started to invert over both x and y axis. I have switched to different USB ports, uninstalled and re-installed drivers, used online programs to invert it (which worked but not smoothly). Does anyone else know how to fix this?

Windows 7, btw

Which drivers did you reset - the mouse or that and all the USB drivers? Is there another PC with which you can cross-check: malfunctioning mouse on different PC and other mouse on this PC?

Its a rosewill jet mouse, there are no online drivers like most mice.

I went to the device manager and did it from there, I haven't checked it on another pc, I'll try that next

Yes, but which drivers did you reset from device manager? If re-installing the mouse alone didn't work try resetting all the USB device drivers

At the bottom of the device manager window one of the last sections should be called "Universal Serial Bus controllers." Expand this section and uninstall all the drivers under it, then restart (you'll have to do a hard restart since mouse and keyboard control will be killed when the USB driver is uninstalled)
