My Mouse will only work in the Bios Menu

Does anyone know of a way to enable my mouse entirely?

Your mouse does not work in Windows?

Can you try another usb port If you have usb3(blue on most boards) and usb2 ports try with the usb2 ports.

I have already tried using different USB ports, it was the very first thing I did.

If you're on a laptop you may have disabled a secondary mouse by mistake.
