I'll explain, i bought a used MSI GTX 1080 Gaming Z for 300€, good price for my country.
The card performed perfectly, low noise, low temperatures, good performance, not a single issue with the card.
After like 3-4 weeks of use, i wanted to OC the card, the OC wasn't insane :

Core Voltage +100%
Power Limit Max
Temp Limit Max
Core Clock +50MHz
Memory Clock STOCK
Custom fan curv, temps didn't exceed 76-78 °C max.

Aroung 1 week after the OC applied, my screen turned white and PC didn't respond.
After a restart, i got to the Windows logging screen and saw small artefacts, after trying to login to Windows, the PC restarts everytime.
I tried installing the card in two different systems, i could get to Windows but after installing the drivers, the artefacts appeared again.
My questions: Is it because of the OC ? Is it normal for a MSI 1080 to die like that after a OC ?
Is there any way to fix this kinda artefacts issue ?

My System :
Ryzen 3600
MSI Gaming Plus B450 (After bios update for 3xxx ryzen series)
8GB Ballistix sport lt OC'd to 3600MHz
Corsair MP510 System SSD
Two others Sata SSD in RAID 0
Corsair VS 650W
