Very Unbalanced , I wouldn't recommend a h81 motherboard with an i7 which is completely un needed for gaming as for gaming you need an i5.
The Power supply doesn't have a lot of headroom , I would recommend at least 550W for that kind of build.
For the GPU I think the R9 290 or GTX 970 is a better choice.
