Question My new DeepCool AG300 CPU fan is using my GPU fan curve

Yesterday, my new DeepCool AG300 cpu cooler came, after installing it. I noticed that my gpu fan is not spinning. At first I thought that maybe I enabled my zero RPM mode, but no. That setting is disabled. When I played a game, as my GPU temp rises. My CPU cooler is the one that ramps up gradually instead of the GPU fans, the GPU fans are not spinning at all. Is there a fix to this?

GPU: RX 580 2048SP

What is your power supply? How does the power requirement for this fan compare to the previous fan?
