My new GPU doesnt work, help!!

I just bought a gtx 1050, when i try to turn on my pc, gpu fan's spin 5 seconds and then stop, after that screen's freeze and i cant go on bios, and every 40 seconds more or less beeps sounds.
My Specs:
Motherboard: Aspire x1935
CPU:I5-3450
Power suply: Mars Gaming MPII650

That's a very low end PSU, very questionable quality.

It's only a 456W PSU advertised as a 650W..... Not a good sign.

I recommend replacing it.

My brother has the same gpu and the same PSU but other motherboard and works.

Sounds like the display\card just isn't working, it's loading.. hits a fault and then restarts (the beeps)
I had a weird gpu issue like this before and I had to totally uninstall the previous gpu driver with DDU before I could get to the desktop. might be worth a shot.

besides that:
Have you tried clearing the cmos?
Are you getting a display for a few seconds? Or none at all.. black screen?
Is the card seated correctly?
Are the card's fans running? (Edit: Never mind.. you said they are!)

Is your monitor set to the correct output? hdmi, dp etc?

Since your brother has exact parts or similar parts, I suggest you swap parts. Put your GPU into your brother to see if it works, this will eliminate GPU as a factor. Do same thing for power supply if further elimination is required.

BIOS - UEFI for Windows 8 (Not for Upgrades) thats what the update the guy say, i have the one that say just BIOS cause is the last for my OS.

Try the 1st one, if that doesn't work try the one that says Windows 8.

You can always flash it back to the older one etc.

Just make sure to go to Windows update and get the latest updates for Windows 7 after.

Ah right. Have you tried plugging the monitor into the motherboard, and see if you can boot that way, with the card installed? If you can do that, and get to the then uninstall the previous display drivers. Did you have a gpu installed before? Or just the integrated gpu?
