My new GPU makes buzzing sound when gaming

I brought a GTX 1060 3GB a month ago and when i do gaming stuff, it makes a buzzing sound. when i hit escape, (In some games when it completely stops the game), or go to deskstop it stops. I think not the fans causing this, as when the game loads in they are not spinning, but the sound occurs. My specs:
CPU: AMD A8-7650K
GPU: GIGABYTE Geforce GTX 1060 3GB (Installed by me, I'm not a professional, And when I installed the DD it not worked, so i needed to reinstall an original Windows 10)
Motherboard: ASRock FM2A68M-HD+ (It's have a really weird PCIe clip, And i struggled a lot to press the card in)
PSU: Cooler Master Elite V3 600W (brought with the card, Installed by me)
RAM: 8 GB DDR3 Kingston Hyperx
I guess the next ones are not that important but i wrote them down:
HDD: WD caviar green 1TB
SSD: Adata 120 GB
And an LG optical drive

Its also called coil whine and a rather common problem with GPUs and sometimes even Mainboards. This isnt something you should be worried about since its kinda normal.
