my new graphic card burned

Hi, iam from india and iam new in this line.. and my english is very bad. I apolozise for that.one week ago I have build my computer on my own for the first time, iam a noob.
My specs are
Gpu zotac gtx 760 2gb
Cpu amd fx 6f00
Mother board gigabyte ga - 78lmt s2p rev 1.2
Ram adata 4gb ddr3 1600 mhz
Smps corsair vs 550 watt
Ups elnova t-640 model
I build this on my own for the first, iam new to gamer.. after build I have played assassins creed 4 for two days after that when I turned on my pc at night my graphic card started to burned. And I don't why.then I turned off the pc for some time after some time again I turned on the pc and that time one of the ic in graphic card burned totally. Plz friends and brothers help me.. I want to know why this happened.. plz help me.. iam very much upset today plzzzzzzzzz help ; (

Your 1st was my first, however after hearing the way it was wired up that changed.

It's the rated current limit of the wall plug, not the current on the +12V rail on the PSU.
That's a max wattage of 230 x 13 = around 3000 watts.
Two kinds of plugs are available in India, the smaller plug with 13A current limit and larger one with 25A current limit.
Larger plugs are used in demanding appliances such as AC's or microwave ovens.
