My new hard disk is not showing on my PC.

I have window,s 7 32bit.I attach new hard disk on my CPU its drivers automatically starts but when I right click on computer then manager then disk disk manager my new hard disk show unallocated space in written on my new hard disk when I right click on allocated space all options are hide only properties and help is not hidden.please tell me how to I create partition.
