My New HDD is so slow

Hi guys, i have stuttering problems in games so i bought new hdd but it is same.Please help me? There is no problem but it is slow.%100 disk usage in Windows 10.In HD Tune test suddenly drop read speed

Hard drives are slow but 100% disk usage seems unusual after a fresh Windows install. How much memory does your PC have?

I have P300 500 GB

I was asking about memory not HD capacity. Does your PC have 4GB, 8GB, 16GB of memory? If Windows runs out of memory it will use hard drive space, thus causing 100% disk usage. Anything less than 8GB might cause your problem.

8GB of memory is enough to run most games smoothly. Is the hard drive usage 100% when nothing is open and you are idle at the desktop?
