I'm planning to build a computer with one 280mm one 120mm and one 360mm radiator with a pu-sc1000-pr at 12v. I am using I7-14700KF+ RTX 3080 Ti. they will all be push and pull fans. With no intake, will it be good?

Please elaborate on this. You will need to draw some form of cooler ambient air into your case/radiator setup in order to cool the hardware otherwise your loop is pointless.
Have you thought about looking into another pump for your loop? What case are you going to be working with?
All radiators as exhaust? I don't really see how that wouldn't just create a dusty mess inside the computer. That means it would be pulling air in from every crack and crevice.
I would probably just leave out the 120mm radiator for simplicity. I have a 12700KF and a 3080Ti with two 280mm radiators, that is plenty. Front radiator is intake, top mounted radiator is exhaust. Rear fan is intake.
Just remember that the air temperature isn't likely to exceed the temperature of any heat generating component inside the chassis. So even the 'warm' air can still cool things. The key to keep that air moving and get it out of the system at some point.
Your setup with 280mm, 120mm, and 360mm radiators in push/pull will definitely give solid cooling, but no intake could cause airflow issues. Without intake, your system might have negative pressure, which means not enough fresh air coming in. This could lead to higher internal temps. I’d recommend adding at least one intake fan at the front or bottom to balance airflow and keep everything cooler.
