Question My new motherboard have 4 short beeps upon start up, no display, and keeps restarting.

I have purchased a good motherboard yesterday (tested in front of me and it booted using the seller's procie, memory, etc.) However, when I installed it on my system using my components, it yield 4 short beeps and keeps restarting. I have tested 3 good different rams, but the issue is still there. Any idea what could be the other reasons behind this?

Specs:
i5 3570
Asrock b75 (1155)
8gb fury hyper x (tested 2 4gb rams)
600W PSU
RX570

According to the Asrock guide, 4 short beeps mean system clock/timer issue or memory on the first bank. But I tried 3 different working rams still the issue persists. If this has something to do with system clock, the system should proceed to BIOS. But it just keeps restarting and beeping
