My new pc build own't start up!!!!

My build cosnsists of

i7-6700
h170 gigabyte gaming 3 mobo
r9 390
16gb ddr42133 mhz ram
250g samsung evo
1tb wd digital

I may have wired the front panel controls wrong , but then again. I don't know how to wire and can you help me or give me a picture of yours to help me.

Consult your motherboard's manual, it gives you enough information on your motherboard's layout.

Your Mobo manual will tell you how to wire it. but first off slow down and double check to make sure every single wire is tight in it's place and seated properly most first builds have issues due to that alone. Once you check that are you getting any sort of beeping at all that would help describe any problems as well.

and check page 19 and it will tell you how to wire your front panel the way it should be wired

Ensure that manual is for the proper revision off your board as well. The board revision number should be in the bottom left corner of the board, that manual should help you locate it as well just to be on the safe side.
