So I built my new computer and I booted it up and noticed the fans on my graphics card not spinning. I thought it was normal so I played some league of legends and then my computer just stopped displaying and the lights on the motherboard lit up. So I rebooted my system and downloaded MSI Afterburner and turned the fans on and tried to play league again, same thing happened. So I thought it was my power supply so I bought a new one and hooked it up then the problem happens again. What should I do?

Use MSI Afterburner to have your temps displayed while you are gaming or doing some benchmarking on your PC.
This way you will know if high temperatures are causing the crashes, or if it`s something else.
You might also want to chack again all your cables and make sure that everythin is connected properly.

the temps are fine on the gpu, like 30 degrees when battlefield 4 max settings, but then after a little gameplay the cpu lite on the mother board lites up and then turns off, then the ram lite does that, then the gpu lite does the same thing, then the computer keeps running but theres no display. i have an ASUS gtx 980, intell i5 4690k with stock cooler, 8 gigabytes ram, a thermal take haswell suported 850 watt psu, and a ASUS Z97 A motherboard.

30C , thats too low, infact unless your ambient is -10C or you are using liq nitrogen cooling it is hard to get that temps while gaming (heck , myy idles are 43-45 when the ambient is 35C)

did you try any overclocks?

anyway try runnin g some stress test like prime95/furmark (WARNING:heavy loads)

This is a long strech, but is your monitor connected to the GPU, or to the mobo I/O?
Also, using MSI Afterburner, you can monitor even the CPU temps, so keep an eye on those too, and let us know what you get.

If you get 30C on the GPU while gaming, I feel that the GPU isn`t even used, but still, I doubt that only on the HD Graphics 4600 you can play BF4 at max settings.

Please also go into bios and disable the Integrated Graphics. The name and location in BIOS of this function might be different depending on the motherboard producer.

have the hdmi cable in the graphics card, still same problem, after using furmark just cuts off, i sent graphics card back to manufaturer and they said nothing was wrong with it. what do i do?
