What’s up guys,
Yesterday i finished building my desktop gaming pc but I faced damm problem regarding the restarting.
The pc restarts when there's load while I am playing or doing some benchmark tests but the max temperature for both the cpu and gpu is 67c. And there is no error message after rebooting.
I played GTA v with no problem untill I ran it with 4k the pc restarted. While i am playing ac odyssey it restarts no matter what resolution it is.
I ran also valley benchmark and the pc restarted after 5 minutes.

My pc components are
Motherboard msi b450-a pro max
Cpu ryzen 5 3600
Gpu Gigabyte Aorus rx 5700 xt
Rams from Corsair 16GB (2x8GB) DDR4 3200Mhz CL16 Vengeance
Psu evga gq 650 watt gold+
Cpu cooler is from cooler master ( ml240l rgb)
I use Seagate BarraCuda 3.5" 2 TB and Kingston A2000 M.2 NVMe SSD - 250 gb for system
And the pc run with win 10 pro .
All the components have lastest updates!
So any one can help me with this?

do you have a spare power supply to test with?
the keywords in your post are "under load" this indicates that the PSU is having issues, something is drawing more power than the unit can handle and reboot.
is the PSU new? DOA units happen. in any case you will need to ensure good power before you can meaningfully do anything else diagnostically.

Unfortunately I don't have another one.
Yes I said under load cuz it runs without problems while doing other stuff that don't put too much pressure on the device.
& If it is psu problem, what options of psus I can buy instead of my evag ?

if its new return it, it may be under warranty so there is that route as well.

my budget go to suggestions are the CX series by corsair (gray label only) and the seasonic S12II/M12II not to be confused with the III series s12III is a no buy.

better gold rated units with longer warranties
corsair TX
seasonic focus

high quality gold rated units, if budget allows you cannot go wrong
corsair RMx
seasonic focus prime

I have noticed that the screen become green then it restarts!
I use one of my gbu hdmi outputs with a smart TV for now cuz i didn't buy gaming monitor yet, so does that affect and may cause the problem?
