my new pc wont turn on

today i built my pc and when i turn it on, it appears as its turning on normally, all the coolers spin and the motherboard and the gpu light up, but its stops after a few seconds and keeps restarting it self.
my system is: i5 4690k, gtx g1 970, Gigabyte GA-Z97X-GAMING 3 motherboard, XFX 550W 80+ Bronze, hyperx fury 8gb 1866mhz, Western Digital 1 TB, 7200 rpm and nzxt s340 case.

guys i just want to inform you that it was the freaking RAM i replaced it with a new one and it works perfectly now. Thank you all for your help, really appreciate it

Sweet. Glad you got it up and running. I would still invest in another stick and get your Dual Channel up. Better Performance
