[SOLVED] My new ram not working, monitor no display

Hi, i just bought a new RAM (kingston hyperx fury 8gb HX318C10FW/8) I try to installed and switch on but there's no signal on monitor and only fans are spinning. I try to reseat the RAM many times but still didn't work and currently im using kvr RAM. My motherboard model is Gigabyte GA-78LMT-S2P rev 4.0, do i need to buy new motherboard? or is there any other solution for my problem?

Did you add the new ram to the old ram? Or take out old ram and add the new?

i take the out old ram and replace it with the new one because currently only 1 slot of ram working.
and i do plan to return it just seeking for some advice if there's any possible solution without returning it back but thanks I appreciate it
