Question My new sata SSD randomly disappears and when i restart my PC it work again?

i tried to reconnect sata cables and still have the same issue

I have 2 SSDs with this symptom out of say 20, a Micron SATA that only works sometimes in USB enclosure (no Intel/AMD AHCI will ever show it) and a Lenovo Union Memory AM6672 NVME that doesn't work in one particular custom Chinese motherboard with lots of custom PCIe config options... I don't remember troubles in other computers than usual slow performance even after nvmetool bulk erase.
