I built a new computer rig with the following new components:

CPU- FX-8350
Motherboard- ASUS Sabertooth 990FX rev.2
16 gigs of 1600 ddr3 ram (G2)
Evega GTX 770 Dual 4gb
HD- 500gb barracuda
Case-NZXT Source 530 (7 fans- no controllers)
CM Seidon water cooler (bluelight)
Power Supply Corsair HX 750w
(1) Super multi and (1) Super multi bluray drive

My computer freezes after three or four hours of use, idle or in game play.
Temps hit the low 40's at peak use and mid to lower 30's while idle. No red LED's show and no beeps sound. I'm not overclocking it. I play League and minecraft. Can you help me?

I could kick myself for not doing this earlier. I removed the GTX 770 and it's software and put the HD 6850 in with the latest driver. The freezes stopped. Video quality went up with no jagged edges. My FPS increased when I removed the GTX 770 and replaced it with the HD 6850. I'm willing to bet that the gpu wasn't firing correctly. I RMAed it and in exchange for another hundred, I'm getting the GTX 780. We'll see how it works.

Sorry for late posting (in my country was night 😀).
So Yeah! if you FPS increased with older GPU then its definitely GPU problem.
Good Luck! with GTX-780

Okay, it froze again, but no bsod. Symptoms:

1- mouse stopped working
2- everything contiued but in slow motion
3- sound stopped and disconnected
4- was able to get to a task manager with keyboard, then it stopped
5- usb devices disconnected and became unrecognized
6 then it just froze except the clock kept on ticking (watched a couple minutes)
7. hit reset button and everything came back like it didn't happen

Event logger warnings before and after freeze:

Warning--The TransactionManager (TmId={daccf044-e5a4-11e3-b344-806e6f6e6963}, LogPath=\SystemRoot\System32\Config\TxR\{daccf042-e5a4-11e3-b344-806e6f6e6963}.TM) has failed to advance its log tail, due to the transaction (UOW={daccf06b-e5a4-11e3-b344-40167e2894e6}, Description='') being unresolved for some time. Error-- The Distributed Transaction Coordinator service terminated with service-specific error %%-1073737669.

Error-- The Group Policy Client service did not shut down properly after receiving a preshutdown control.

Did you install drivers from Asus?
If you have installed delete them because that {14083C53-B8E7-48E4-9320-811F3478C4A4} code appears from AsusFanControlService.
Then try this
http://answers.microsoft.com/en-us/windows/forum/windows_7-performance/how-do-you-fix-the-event-viewer-warning-the/12eb2286-c6d3-441f-98b5-a4b44d41ba44

Well I tried again without asus drivers except for the lan driver and the following happened: usb devices became unresponsive and disconnected. and Netflix remained on for over an hour in slow motion without sound. Didn't freeze and my components remained just warm.

ERRORS:

The server {E10F6C3A-F1AE-4ADC-AA9D-2FE65525666E} did not register with DCOM within the required timeout
The AMD FUEL Service service terminated unexpectedly. It has done this 1 time(s).
The Realtek11nCU service is marked as an interactive service. However, the system is configured to not allow interactive services. This service may not function properly.
The system has rebooted without cleanly shutting down first. This error could be caused if the system stopped responding, crashed, or lost power unexpectedly.
The previous system shutdown at 9:39:27 PM on ‎5/‎29/‎2014 was unexpected.

Possible Memory Leak. Application (C:\Windows\System32\svchost.exe -k LocalServiceNetworkRestricted) (PID: 776) has passed a non-NULL pointer to RPC for an [out] parameter marked [allocate(all_nodes)]. [allocate(all_nodes)] parameters are always reallocated; if the original pointer contained the address of valid memory, that memory will be leaked.
