My Next Build, need opinions :)

Hi
I'm planning on building a new pc.
I'm a gamer and use for editing videos and photos(Photoshop, Adobe Premier) At that moment, i play Destiny 2(with some breaks, and low graphics), R6(low graphics), Overwatch, CsGo... This build is mostly intended for editing and gaming and multitasking. here's where I'm at:

CPU: i9-9900k (not released yet)

CPU Cooler: noctua nh-d15 (I have on my pc )

Motherboard: Asus z390 (not released yet)

Memory: DDR4 Corsair Vengeance LPX, Noir, 2 x 8 Go, 3200 MHz, CAS 16

Video Card: MSI or Asus GeForce RTX 2080 Ti (not released yet)

Storage: Western Digital (WD) Blue 3,5" - 1 To SATA 7200 rpm. x2 (I have 2x 500Gb, i dont know if i upgrade or keep for my next config)

SSD : Samsung Serie 860 EVO 500 Go ( I have Samsung SSD 840 EVO 500GB on my pc, i want to have another ssd)

Case: Fractal Design Define R6 Black TG

Power Supply: Seasonic PRIME Ultra Platinum 750, 750W.

Monitor : PG279Q

So, my pc as 6years, and i want to upgrade one more time & last time, i want something solid for the next years so what do you think? Any recommendations? I will appreciate all suggestions.

Everything seems good, except CPU Cooler, get a water cooler. i9 can get extremely hot especially with air coolers.
And I would get 850w-1000w PSU, but it is 80plus platinum so I guess it will be okay.
