Question My Nvidia 1060 GTX FE has ceased to work

The card stopped working after it was shipped to me, which leads me to believe transit damage. However, it starts up and the motherboard just tells me VGA error via the diodes on the DEBUG side. I originally thought it was a boot issue, since one of the connectors is broken, but still somewhat works. Advice on diagnosis?

What is the exact model of your EVGA PSU and how old is your PSU? BTW, is this your board? You can rule out the GPU being faulty by trying it out on a donor system that has ample power. What was your GPU prior to the GTX1060?
