Question My NVMe won't show up in BIOS

I recently bought a new rig and this week decided to upgrade with a NVMe (SILICON POWER UD80 500GB M.2 2280 NVMe/PCIe) on a TUF GAMING B450M-PLUS II motherboard. I mounted and remounted the drive many times, changed every available setting there was in the BIOS (I don't have PCH Configuration) but it just won't show up in BIOS. When i first mounted it my HDD stopped working after which i changed the SATA slot for the HDD but even then it didn't recognize the NVMe on the system.

I don't know it's literally brand new from today. I was hoping it's a BIOS setting I've overlooked.

Is CSM enabled or Disabled in the BIOS?

BIOS UEFI or Legacy?

CSM is Enabled BIOS is on UEFI first

Sata controller mode in BIOS should be AHCI.

And where are you looking in BIOS for M.2 drive to appear?
Can you show photos of those BIOS screens?

SATA Controller can only be in AHCI or RAID. I'm looking for the drive to appear on the M.2 N/A under all the SATA or in the NVMe Configuration section. I can't provide photos as of now.

Make sure, it is set to AHCI.
