Question My old PC Starts randomly stuttering.

i need help to fixing my old Laptop
Laptop Information :
Intel Core i5 6200U @2.30 GHz
Ram 8 GB DDR4L
System Model : HP
Bios : F.37

Display
Intel Graphic HD 520
Amd Radeon R4 (not Detected )

Everytime I turn on this laptop , it start Stuttering its take 5~30 minute
sometimes BSOD and it say DPC Watchdog Violation

i already do SFC scan, Update my SSD , and try uninstal my Radeon Vga ,

Any help would be extremely appreciated, I'll be in touch for any questions. Thank you so much.

Use GPU-Z and parse on a screenshot of what you see on said app. Does the GPU in question show up in Device Manager flagged with a yellow exclamation mark with a Error code 43?
