My own Personal PC

Title says it all. I'm looking to craft my own personal pc for the first time soon but I'm alittle unaware of the parts I'd need for it to run games like ARK or Fallout 4 smoothly. Can any of you fine folks give alittle advice as to what to use or acquire?

What kind of budget do you have for this computer? do you have a deadline for this computer if not are you willing to wait for any new computer parts to be released or go on sale? do you have any knowledge of computer parts to have any preference to what part you would be interested in ie ssd or hdd cd/dvd drive or bluerway player what size monitor etc

And that $300 needs to include what?
PC?
Monitor, keyboard, mouse, OS......?

Uh just the monitor I suppose, I already have a spare mouse, and keyboard, so all I'd need is a good configuration and display
