Hello so I have this problem with my pc when I am trying to open a game (not the launcher) it makes the pc unable to open other apps while it's trying to open the game. For example I was loading up league and everything was fine until the champion select was over. After that it tried to open the in game client but nothing happened ,also I tried opening chrome and nothing happened. But important detail the pc itself didn't crash and become unresponsive I could still use the apps I have already opened and my mouse and keyboard was functioning as intended. I tried formatting the whole pc and reinstalling the operating system (windows 10) as well as some of the apps. Still nothing. I even tried to download the games on a different disk because I thought maybe there is something wrong with it. Still nothing.

Updated: After 10 hours of investigating, I found out that the samsung 980 pro was causing the issue I was addressing. It appears that it was running with a corrupted version of firmware that cause it to crash and fail. I formatted the pc for the 3rd time and installed the windows in another disk I have and just like that everything is normal once again. I am gonna prp sent the disk back and get a new one through the warranty. For those wondering the firmware update that case the problem is the version 3B2QGXA7. If you have a samsung 980 pro nvme ssd I suggest you to check and update as soon as possible your firmware to the latest version.
