The nvlddmkm.sys file is a NVIDIA graphics card driver. There are a few things you can do to fix this problem. First off, try a full uninstall using DDU in Safe Mode then re-install the driver (more information). Or try getting the latest version of the driver. Or try one of the 3 most recent drivers released by NVIDIA. Drivers can be found here: http://www.nvidia.com/ or you can allow Windows Update to download the driver for you, which might be a older/better version.

BIOS info did not identify your motherboard. This is the first time I've seen this. If BIOS info is included, it normally tells you the motherboard. See if there are any BIOS updates but don't update just yet. Let us know then wait for more replies.

This information can be used by others to help you. Someone else will post with more information. Please wait for additional answers. Good luck.

Alright so yesterday i decided to update my GPU drivers, ran a memory diagnostics and ran chkdsk and non of it showed any error. So i decided to turn my PC off again overnight and today after turning it on few mins later after turning it on my PC didn't blue screen instead the monitor just went black, the PC light were on but the monitor just turned black, so i restarted my PC and it booted up and then got stuck i restarted again and it got stuck and the starting windows logo. Then i shut the PC off and now it booted up without any errors. I'm just frustrated with this entire issue I don't know if its my GPU, HDD or motherboard and sorry about my bad English I'm just really frustrated.

well, updating gpu drivers may not have been enough.
I would run Display Driver uninstaller in Safe mode, remove all trace of Nvidia and then see if that helps. The drivers installed during both crashes were from June, its strange though as the Nvidia audio driver is newer than gpu driver.

where are you getting gpu drivers from?
What GPU is it?

Yep and i uninstalled drivers using DDU and i ran a burnintest and it said my GPU is fine. I'm using a colourful GT1030 i think its my PSU, can a PSU cause freezing, crashes and bsod?

yes... i mean it is the PSU,

what PSU do you have?

Amazed I never asked for PC specs
Yeah its a cheap PSU foxin
My specs are
core 2 quad q6600
gt1030
4gb ram
windows 7 64bit
I used a program called Bluescreenview and it said 2 of the bluescreens are caused by nvlddmkm.sys and dxgmms1.sys.

nvlddmkm.sys and dxgmms1.sys.

Nvidia display driver and its victim, DirectX.

Alarm bells go off on any product when the only reviews I can find are Amazon. So it could be PSU, depends on its age and price... its not a high powered PC you have there but still helps to use a recognised PSU brand as you get extra protections. They don't take PC with them when they die.

I had a Core 2 Duo E6600, almost the same... i wish i had bought the quad all those years ago.

Ok so i decided to re seat the GPU and then changed the sata port and guess what the BSOD, freezing and crashing hasn't occurred yet. I even ran a burnintest for 15mins and it said my GPU,RAM,CPU and HDD is doing fine. Could it be the sata port?

Alright so bad news my PC crashed again and didn't turn on so i removed the GPU and it turned on

You need to test if GPU works in other PC
Need to replace the PSU before it kills all your parts. get one that actually supplies the power it says it does. And safely.
I removed the GPU and used intel integrated GPU and it still froze my PC so i turned it off and turned it on again and it showed no signal on the monitor and no lights on the keyboard but the fans were spinning
