[SOLVED] My PC bootlooping with my GPU pluged in

Hi, So 2 days ago in the morning i was using my pc just fine and then i was installing some stuff and uninstal it then restart my pc. After i restart it , my pc just boot looping after bios screen appear.
I tried to clean the dust in my pc , ram , cpu , gpu ,etc. Still doesn’t work.
I tried taking my gpu out and just starting with my cpu only and it boot just fine , except i can’t figure out why my monitor won’t post with my hdmi cable plug into mobo.

My pc won’t boot if my gpu is pluged in. I’m not sure why , i tried replacing my CMOS battery and it doesnt work either. I think either my PCI-E slot is bad or my PSU. ( i tried putting my gpu in a different slot too)

you don't have an igpu so the there will not be any motherboard output
test with a different psu. corsair vs series is their low end psu
