Hi,

Here is my first computer build. Are the parts compatible with each other?

Also, will the microATX motherboard and a mid tower case be able to fit a 120 mm cooler for the CPU?

I am guessing you already have the CPU and Graphics Card and the other non priced items?
The MicroATX Motherboard will fit inside the standard ATX case fine. That mid tower case will also fit 120MM cooler.

I already have processor, graphics card, RAM and HDD. Yet to buy case, motherboard, cpu-fan and power supply.
The pc part picker list does not list prices for some items, i do not know why.

Ok, is the cooler master silencio mid tower big enough to fit a XFX core 550 W power supply or a Cooler Master V550S power supply? Is there any better cooler in this list than Cooler Master Silencio that you want to suggest?
