IMO N400 > N600. N600 isnt worth the extra cash
On the N400 just watch out for

Maximum Compatibility:

VGA card length: 320mm / 12.6 inch - this will fit the 960 you're looking at and this 970 330$ after rebate(EVGA GeForce GTX 970 ACX 2.0+ come with a free copy of Rainbow Six Siege or Assassins Creed Syndicate. You chose, limited time offer. I am unsure when it ends)http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16814487088

Max CPU cooler height: 164mm / 6.4 inch - This will fit a 212 evo

Im not so sure going with a 970 or r9 390 becouse there is a 100 Euro price gap. I checked out the case and it looks really cool and i might use it. Thx for the help

Anytime, let me know if you need any more assistance. Also with the 8gb ram get dual channel 2x4gb ram not one stick of 8. Dual channel is more for the sane amount of ram

But what do you thing about the r9 380? Its pretty cheap at around 210 Euro. I saw a video where they tested the gtx 960 and the r9 380. Im suprised that the R9 380 did do well. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=NTpNZEW31G0 What do you think?
