I've removed the two duplicates of this thread.

It has to be said that most so-called PC Cleaners do nothing except report huge numbers of problems that can only be fixed if £ or $ are handed over. A reliable clutter cleaner is the best solution - one you can trust to remove only the really unnecessary files. Post back with some more details and someone will be bale to help.
